Bar Rouge

The opening of Bar Rouge in November 2004 atop Bund 18 announced a new era in Shanghai nightlife.  Conceived as a top-notch fashionable entertainment venue in Shanghai, it exceeded all expectations by rapidly becoming the undisputedly hottest nightspot in the city.   With expert top bartenders brought in from France, striking interiors and the hottest DJs in town, Bar Rouge is the place for a night out in Shanghai.  Bar Rouge has two related parts; the interior and the terrace.  The design and decoration have been conceived so patrons can see and be seen.  Inside, there is an elegant rectangular bar and intimate seating.  Spacious terrace overlooks the amazing bund view with creatively themed deco every year.  It’s the Heart of the Night – the uniqueness formed by party tunes, trendy cocktails, sexy people and fun attitude!

Tan Wai Lou

Opened in November 2004 on the 5th floor of bund 18, Tan Wai Lou is a restaurant based on a philosophy of food.  Serving nouveau-Cantonese dishes in the Western manner, it invites sensual enjoyment within beautiful surroundings.  The luxury of dining enfolds every guest, from the intimate atmosphere to the skilled and discreet staff.  The food itself is created under the direction of Master Chef To Chi Hoi, who has brought his vision of Cantonese food to Shanghai.  Presenting purity of concept blended with impeccable service within a beautiful setting, Tan Wai Lou aims to be the benchmark of Chinese fine dining.

Mr & Mrs Bund

Born in April 2009 as a modern French eatery,
relaxed chic atmosphere, heritage Bund location.

Mr & Mrs Bund is French, in the manner of Chef Paul Pairet: born, traveled, and globally stamped. Contemporary, but not stuffy; relaxed, without sacrificing an ounce of chic. The food is presented as populist French favorites, through Pairet's looking glass. Service is family-style, recast for a modern table, and the wine list includes 32 wines by the glass. Riffing on classics, dishing up comfort cuisine, Mr & Mrs Bund serves it just like you would Sunday night dinner – sharing-style, and with plenty for seconds.
